Temple Home Inspection is proudly owned and operated by Tennessee licensed home inspector, Bill Temple. Before becoming licensed as a home inspector, Bill worked for most of his life in other areas of the building industry. In his spare time, Bill enjoys quality time with his family at the beach.

Bill Temple loves his job and takes pride in the service he offers his clients. Industry Background and Experience

Before becoming a licensed home inspector, Bill gained experience in several different areas of the home industry. He worked for his father’s business, Temple Development, for several years building subdivisions. He also has experience building homes and has a great eye for spotting improper installation and components that aren’t in good working order, which comes in handy as he performs thorough home inspections today. Additionally, Bill worked for 12 years for a property management company. During this time, he managed and inspected all aspects of both residential and commercial properties and performed Housing and Urban Development (HUD) inspections.
